Where do you ship to?

We are delighted to ship our joy worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause.

What are my shipping options?

We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping.
Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50! This service uses EMS, and delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, we will send a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep and build the excitement!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
