We understand, however, that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. We aim to make the return and exchange process as heartfelt and hassle-free as your shopping experience.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please Note: Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items once they have been customized:
  • Jewelry (with engravings)
  • Drinkware (with personalized text or designs)
  • Recordable Storybooks (with recorded messages)
  • Any product from the “Cards & Boxed Christmas Cards” or “Calendars & Desk Accessories” categories that has been written in or used.
  • Collectibles Figurines, Home Décor, or other items that have been personalized or monogrammed.
We ensure rigorous quality checks on all personalized items before they are shipped. Please review your personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our friendly team will respond with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship the item back to us without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the unused, original item in its packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return after you ship it.

Refund Timelines and Methods

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible, subject to product availability. Standard or free shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
