Shipping Policy
We are thrilled to ship our personalized gifts worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare, personalize, and quality-check your order before it ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Important Note on Personalized Items:
Because we pour so much care into creating your one-of-a-kind gifts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been customized:
- Engraved Jewelry
- Personalized Drinkware (with text or designs)
- Recordable Storybooks (with a recorded message)
- Any product from the “Cards & Boxed Christmas Cards” or “Calendars & Desk Accessories” categories that has been written in or used.
- Personalized or Monogrammed Collectibles Figurines and Home Décor items.
We conduct rigorous quality checks on all personalized orders before they ship. We encourage you to review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond promptly with a Return Authorization and the address to which you should send your package. Please do not ship the item back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you will be responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return after you ship it.
Refunds
We will notify you the moment we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible, subject to availability. Standard or free shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
