Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is deducted when your order is placed. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

Shipping

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and return details
2. Wait for instructions and Return Authorization
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the provided address using a trackable service

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds to credit/debit cards or PayPal may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
